Refund Policy

1. Overview

Conteiq is committed to ensuring customers receive exceptional value from our organizational intelligence platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Conteiq subscription plans and services.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a monthly period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, Conteiq may issue a prorated refund at its sole discretion if: (a) cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of a new annual subscription (first-time subscribers only); (b) material failure of the Service remains unremedied after 30 days of written notice; or (c) Conteiq discontinues the Service.

4. Enterprise Agreements

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are governed by individually negotiated Master Service Agreements. In the absence of specific MSA terms, Enterprise refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case by our customer success team.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom implementation and professional services fees
  • Usage-based charges already incurred
  • Add-on features or modules purchased separately
  • Subscriptions suspended due to Terms violations

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact our billing team at billing@conteiq.io within the applicable timeframe with your account email, subscription type, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
